Our Story and Our Values

About us

Alongside her formal education, Leah has continued to refine her clinical skills through medicinal massage and soft tissue therapy. She works with clients from diverse backgrounds, supporting conditions from acute sports injuries and shoulder dislocations to post–road traffic collision rehabilitation and restored movement patterns.

Leah currently has many clients, primarily through word of mouth, and is moving into her first dedicated clinical space to expand her practice.

Her approach combines thorough assessment, muscle testing, and specialised tests to identify root causes of pain or dysfunction. Recognising that pain is not always at the source, she addresses both primary and secondary factors. Leah works extensively with fascia and fascial release techniques to restore movement, reduce pain, and support long-term recovery.

She is committed to evidence-based practice and has a particular interest in supporting individuals in automotive and motorsport disciplines.

Our Clinic

Our clinic is situated within a discreet professional building, offering a private consultation suite.

We have curated a calm, distraction-free environment where the focus is entirely on you. Appointments are generously timed (60-90 minutes) to ensure you never feel rushed.
